Updating your personal details is easy! You can update your name, last name, email address and password.
Note: To update billing information on your account please request assistance directly to support at [email protected]
1. Access your Account Settings. Once you log-in to your account you'll see your main menu to your left. Scroll down on this left-side menu to locate your "Account Settings", and click on the icon to access.
2. Go to your profile. Now you are at your account settings which include different options. For you to access personal details simply click on the "Profile" or "Password" tab on top menu.
3. Update your personal details. We've located your personal details, now you can simply update as needed. Once you finish updating your details please make sure to save your changes.
Note: Keep in mind that you would need to input your current password for you to be able to update your email address or password.
