When you cancel your subscription you will still have access to your account until the next billing cycle begins. Unless you wish to cancel your account immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription or a free trial?
You can start the cancellation process by following these steps.
1. Access Account Settings: Locate your account settings on the left side menu, Just click on your account name at the bottom left of your screen, then "Account Settings". Or, click this link.
2. Close Account: Under "My Account" Scroll down, locate and click the "Close Account button".
This will trigger a popup chat that will ask you a few questions before proceeding with the cancellation process.
Note: At the moment our cancellation process is manually completed by our Customer Support Team. Triggering this request is crucial for us to be able to complete the process.

Note: After cancelling your account, any videos you have will stop playing for your customers and any data in your account will be gone.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
A: Yes you can start your cancellation process anytime, no need to wait for your period to end.
βCan I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
A: We do offer courtesy refunds but this would only apply if the purchase was made less than 3 days before the refund request was issued. Also do consider that refunds are only applicable when cancelling your account.

A: In this case please reach out to support directly for them to assist you directly with this case.
If I cancel my account can I reactivate it later and restore my videos?
A: You can reactivate your account but we wouldn't be able to assure you the videos would be restored. We have a 30 day period where we might be able to restore the videos but after that if you reactivate your account after a 30 day period has passed we cannot assure you those are going to be restored.
