How to Downgrade or Upgrade your Plan.

In this article we will provide a step by step guide on how to Downgrade or Upgrade your plan directly from your account.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime you like. To do so please follow the steps below!

Step by Step Instructions:

1. Access your Account Settings: Once you log-in to your account you'll see your main menu to your left. Scroll down on this left-side menu to locate your "Account Settings", and click on the icon to access.

2. Go to My Account: Under "My Account" Tab on your Account Settings you'll find the information of your current plan on the top left corner. Click on the Change plan button to access your plans options.

3. Select your desired new plan! Once you open your plan options you'll see the current plan you are on and you'll see which plans are available either for you to downgrade or upgrade as desired. Once you identify the plan you wish ti take simply click on the button to downgrade or upgrade and complete the purchase.

Notes:

  • You will be billed at the moment of upgrading and your billing calendar restarts that same day.

  • If you downgrade, you'll be able to keep your current plan's benefits until the end of the billing period, after which we'll automatically downgrade your account.
