Can I downgrade or upgrade plans?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime you like. To do so please follow the steps below!

  • Click your name in the bottom left corner

  • Click 'Account Settings'

Click on Melissa Bedoya

Click on Account Settings
  • Click 'Change Plan' and select your desired new plan!

Click on Change Plan

You will be billed at the moment of upgrading and your billing calendar restarts that same day. 

If you downgrade, you'll be able to keep your current plan's benefits until the end of the billing period, after which we'll automatically downgrade your account.
