If you are using our Play Gates, the GDPR requires you to get explicit consent from viewers sharing their personal data. You should use clear and plain language. 

For this reason, it’s important that if you’re using our Play Gates to collect email, phone numbers, or other personal data from your viewers, you make it clear to them how you will be using their data, and provide a link to your terms of service.

We recommend enabling the Skip option in this feature, so you can still get your message across to people that might not be comfortable sharing their personal details. 

Additionally, you can also use our lower text to place a disclaimer about how you'll be using your viewers' data and link it to your terms of service, so your viewers can clearly understand what they're opting into.
