Keeping track of your billing details is simple with Vidalytics. You can view your invoices directly in your Account Settings or receive them via email.
How to Access Your Billing Statements
1. View Statements in Your Account
To find your current and past billing statements:
Click on your profile icon (bottom left of your screen).
Select "Account Settings."
Click on "See Invoices" to view all your billing statements.
2. Receive Billing Statements via Email
Each month, or any time there is a change in your billing (e.g., plan upgrade or reactivation), a billing statement is sent to your registered email address.
The email will come from [email protected] with the subject line:
"[Statement] Vidalytics"If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
If it’s in spam, move it to your inbox and add [email protected] to your contacts to prevent future emails from being marked as spam.
3. What If I Can’t Find My Billing Statement?
If you’re unable to locate your invoice:
Double-check your spam/junk folder.
Confirm the registered email address on your account.
Contact our support team for further assistance.
