Where can I see my billing statements?

You can view your current and previous statements by clicking on your profile (bottom left of your screen) and selecting "Account Settings".

From there, click "See Invoices" and you will be able to see all your statements.

Your billing statement is also sent to your registered email address every month, or any time there is a change in your billing (e.g., plan upgrade, reactivation).

It will come from [email protected] with a subject line "[Statement] Vidalytics".

If you don't see it in your inbox, you may need to check your spam/junk folder.

If you see them in your spam/junk, be sure to move them to your inbox and add [email protected] to your contacts so they don't get tagged as spam again.

If you don't see them in your spam/junk folder, you can reach out to us to confirm the registered email address for your account!
