Your billing statement is sent to your registered email address every month, and every time there is a change in your billing (e.g. plan upgrade, reactivation).
It comes from [email protected] with the subject starting with "[Statement] Vidalytics".
If you don't see them in your inbox, you may need to check your spam/junk folder.
If you see them there, move them to your inbox and add [email protected] to your contacts so they don't get tagged as spam again.
