Zapier is a great tool for integrating two different softwares that have open APIs. 

It works as an intermediary between two apps, where one provides "triggers" that create "actions" on a second one. 

Let's use an example to illustrate this:

You are using Vidalytics and you want to tag viewers inside your CRM that watch up to a specific point on your video. 

Inside Zapier, you would set up a "trigger" with Vidalytics and then move onto creating the "action" of applying a tag to the viewer inside your CRM (this is, of course, if you have a CRM that integrates with Zapier.

You should use Zapier if you want to take control of your marketing at a whole new level. 

With it, you'll be able to do things like tag people who have watched up to your offer, and then have the opportunity to send that audience to a dedicated page with your pricing. 

Or maybe tag viewers who have watched your entire video, and send them to a different video or page on a remarketing campaign to try a new lead on them.

Basically, the possibilities are infinite!
