What content can I upload to Vidalytics?
Understanding your responsibilities and the content guidelines for using the Vidalytics platform.
Vidalytics allows you to upload and publish video content, but you are solely responsible for ensuring that everything you upload complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Your Responsibility as a Content Owner
You are exclusively responsible for all content you upload, submit, and publish on Vidalytics. This includes ensuring:
- The accuracy, quality, and legality of your content
- That you have obtained all necessary consents, licenses, and waivers required to create, record, publish, and use your content — including from copyright owners, artists, actors, directors, performers, writers, and producers
- That you have secured any required clearances from public performance rights organizations (such as SOCAN, ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC) for any music used in your content
- That you have paid all applicable royalties, fees, and other amounts owed in connection with your content, including payments to labor unions, guilds, and rights collection organizations
- That your content complies with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including applicable export control laws
Vidalytics does not verify the accuracy, quality, or legality of uploaded content and is not responsible for identifying or preventing intellectual property infringement.
Your Content Remains Yours
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Vidalytics. By uploading or publishing content to the platform, you grant Vidalytics a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your content solely in connection with providing the service. This license is necessary for Vidalytics to deliver its features and functionality.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not permitted on Vidalytics under any circumstances. You agree not to upload or use content that:
- Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or offensive, or contains links to adult websites
- Contains graphic or gratuitous violence
- Conveys hate against any individual or group
- Encourages or glorifies drug use
- Is predatory, harassing, or bullying in nature
- Is spam or highly repetitive unwanted content
- Promotes or incites racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind
- Contains false or misleading information, or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous
- Furthers or promotes criminal activity or provides instructions for illegal activities
- Violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or any other rights of any person
- Contains software viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or information.
Important: Vidalytics reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any content or account that violates these guidelines — including removing content without prior notice, suspending or terminating account access, and reporting activities to law enforcement authorities.
