[CRM & Email Integrations](https://help.vidalytics.com/integrations-embedding?hsLang=en#crm-email-integrations) # Vidalytics + Keap Integration (Infusionsoft) ## How to connect Vidalytics with Keap using web forms to collect viewer data and trigger automated follow-ups. Keap landing pages are not fully compatible with Vidalytics, but you can achieve seamless integration using **Keap web forms** instead. This method lets you collect viewer information, pass it to your thank-you page, and use it to trigger Vidalytics tags and Zapier automations. **Availability & Restrictions** - Available on **Pro plans and above** ### **Step 1 — Set Up Your Keap Web Form** **Create and edit your web form** — in Keap, create a new web form and add the fields you need to collect from your viewers (name, email, phone, etc.). **Configure the thank-you page** — go to the **Thank-You Page** tab within your web form settings. Select **Web Address** and paste the URL of your thank-you page. Make sure the option **"Pass contact information to the thank-you page"** is checked — this is what allows viewer data to flow through to Vidalytics. **Adjust your settings** — go to the **Settings** tab and configure any additional options as needed for your form. **Copy the web form code** — open the **Code** tab, select **HTML Code**, and copy it. You will embed this on your website in the next step. ### **Step 2 — Embed the Web Form on Your Website** **Add the form code to your page** — paste the HTML code into the page where you want the form to appear. If you are using WordPress, make sure the code is placed inside a **Custom HTML** block to ensure it renders correctly. **Note:** If you are not comfortable working with HTML directly, pass the code to your developer to handle the implementation. ### **Step 3 — Set Up Vidalytics Tags** **Configure your tags in Vidalytics** — go to the video you want to track and set up tags that match the parameters being passed through to your thank-you page URL. Make sure your field names in Vidalytics match exactly what Keap is passing through — for example, if Keap is passing `email`, your Vidalytics tag field should also be set to `email`. **Need help setting up tags?** See [What Are Tags and How Do They Work](https://help.vidalytics.com/what-are-tags-and-how-do-they-work?hsLang=en) for a full walkthrough. ### **Step 4 — Automate with Zapier** **Create a new Zap** — go to Zapier and set up a new Zap using Vidalytics as the trigger app and Keap as the action app (or any other CRM or email platform you want to connect). **Map your fields** — make sure the field mapping in your Zap aligns with the data being passed from Vidalytics through the thank-you page URL. **Test your Zap** — trigger a test by submitting the form and watching the video past the tag condition.
