[CRM & Email Integrations](https://help.vidalytics.com/integrations-embedding?hsLang=en#crm-email-integrations) # Vidalytics + HeySummit ## Integrating Vidalytics with HeySummit ### Setting Up a Pre-Recorded Session **Restrictions:** Our marketing integrations are available starting on the Pro plan and above. Facebook and Google Manager Integrations are included starting on the Starter Plan. To integrate a pre-recorded session with HeySummit, follow these steps: **1. Navigate to the Talks Section:** - Go to **Content \> Talk**. **2. Add a New Talk:** - Click the **Add Talk** button at the bottom of the screen. - Select a **Speaker**. - Enter the **Talk Title**. - Choose the **Date and Time** for the Talk (ensure the date is in the future). - Select at least **one category**. - Set the **time** by clicking the clock icon below the calendar. **3. Choose the Broadcast Option:** - On the next screen, select **Pre-Recorded**. Save Your Changes** - Click **Save** to apply your settings. ### Setting Up a Replay If you want to update your **Replay settings** to insert a different video, follow these steps: 1. **Navigate to the Talks Section:** - Go to **Content \> Talks**. 2. **Access Replay Details:** - Click on the **three dots (...)** next to your Talk. - Select **Replay Details** (this option appears only after your live talk has started at its scheduled time). 3. **Retrieve the Vidalytics Video ID:** - Follow the same steps as outlined in the Pre-Recorded section to find your **User ID and Video ID**. 4. **Save & Preview:** - Click **Save**. - Preview your **public page** to ensure the video displays correctly (use **Post mode** to check the video). Following these steps will successfully integrate **Vidalytics** videos with your **HeySummit** event.
