At Vidalytics, we offer a Free Plan to help you get started without any cost or commitment. Our Free Plan is the entry level to our service. This plan is quite different from our paid plans in several ways, the most important one being that we do not offer any over usage or extra bandwidth in this plan.

When should I consider upgrading?
If you need access to analytics, lead capture tools, or simply more space and videos, upgrading to a paid plan is recommended.
What happens if I used all of my bandwidth?
Once you use up the allotted bandwidth on the Free plan, your account access will be temporarily disabled until your monthly period resets, or until you upgrade to one of our paid plans! (Don't worry, we provide email notices when you're getting close to your bandwidth limit so your videos aren't unexpectedly unavailable).
Can I purchase extra bandwidth and stay on the Free Plan?
No, our free plan won't allow you to add extra bandwidth in any way. The only way to have additional bandwidth would be for you to upgrade to one of our Paid Plans.
Note: This only applies to Free Plan users. This won't happen if you're on one of our paid plans. Your videos will stay up for the rest of the billing period and you will accrue overages until the period resets!
