How to Set Up Timed Exit Thumbnails

Step 1: Enable Timed Exit Thumbnails

• Navigate to Video Settings in your Vidalytics dashboard.

• Enable Exit Thumbnails to activate the feature.

Step 2: Add & Configure Thumbnails

1. Click "Add Exit Thumbnail" to create a new thumbnail.

2. Upload an image or select a frame from your video.

3. Define the From and To time ranges for when the thumbnail should appear.

Step 3: Manage Prioritization & Preview

• If two thumbnails overlap, the newest one will be displayed.

• Use Preview Mode to check how thumbnails appear at different pause times.

Step 4: Save & Publish

• Apply your changes and publish them to make them live for your viewers.
