How to Set Up Timed Exit Thumbnails

1. Enable Timed Exit Thumbnails — go to your Video Settings and toggle on Exit Thumbnails to activate the feature
2. Add and Configure Your Thumbnail — click "Add Exit Thumbnail," upload an image or select a frame from your video, then define the From and To time ranges for when the thumbnail should appear
3. Manage Prioritization and Preview — if two thumbnails overlap in time, the newest one takes priority. Use Preview Mode to check how your thumbnails appear at different pause points before publishing
4. Save and Publish — apply your changes and publish your video for the thumbnails to go live for your viewers
