How to Import Videos in Vidalytics - Vimeo
How to migrate your Vimeo videos into Vidalytics in just a few clicks — no manual downloading or uploading required.
Save time and effort by importing your videos directly from Vimeo into Vidalytics. Instead of manually downloading and re-uploading each video, you can migrate your library efficiently in just a few steps.
Availability & Restrictions
- Importing from Vimeo is only available for Vimeo Standard plans and above
- There is a limit of 100 imported videos per import. If you need to import more than 100 videos at a time, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team at hi@vidalytics.com
Before You Start
Make sure you are logged in to your Vimeo account before beginning the import process. This will make the connection smoother on the Vidalytics side.
How to Import Your Videos
Open the Upload section — in your Vidalytics account, click the blue upload icon in the left-side menu to open the Upload section.
Select Vimeo as your import source — inside the Upload section, you will see two options: uploading a video from your computer, or importing from an external source. Choose the import option and select Vimeo.
Connect your Vimeo account — a pop-up will appear asking for permission to connect your Vimeo account to Vidalytics. Click Allow to proceed.
Note: If you are not already logged in to Vimeo, you will be prompted to enter your credentials before the connection completes.
Select and import your videos — once connected, you will see a list of all available videos from your Vimeo account. Select the video or videos you want to import and confirm your selection.
That's it! Your videos are now inside Vidalytics and ready to be optimized and analyzed.
