Setting a default flow would be useful in case your users never select an option or in case you don't want to use questions on your Smart Vid flow.

This functionality will allow you to redirect viewers to any step inside the Smart Vid automatically, without asking viewers for any action, or in case they run out of time if you have turned on the Countdown Timer setting. The process to set it up is simple, please follow these steps.

  1. Access your Step Settings: Open your Step Settings to configure the default action on the interactive tab.

  2. Turn on Default Action: Make sure to turn the default action on and choose exactly what you'd like to happen from the options available.

  3. How it works: The default action will take place automatically once the video is over, or once the countdown has reached zero.

Note: If you'd like 2+ branches to merge into the same Default Action (aka 2+ branches merge back into 1 video), you must select the video from the options present in the dropdown. If you click Add to Library, it will create a duplicate of your video.
