Filtering your own IP and those of your employees, advisors, and friends is a great way to keep your data clean and understand how the people that really matter to your business interact with your videos. Β

Step by Step instructions:

1. Access your Account Settings: Once you log-in to your account you'll see your main menu to your left. Scroll down on this left-side menu to locate your "Account Settings", and click on the icon to access.

2. Go to Global Settings: On the top menu you'll find the "Global Settings" tab, click to open and access this option.

3. Locate IP Filtering: Scroll down and locate the IP filtering section. Once you have located this section you'll see you have to input fields. 1. Name; 2. IP Address. You'll add the name to identify this IP address and then you'll simply add the IP address in question and cluck Add IP Address.

All the views from this IP will be removed from your data, even retroactively!Β

πŸ’‘Tip: To remove an IP address simply click on the Trash can icon to the right.
