Welcome! This guide is designed to assist you in integrating Vidalytics with ActiveCampaign.
Keep in mind that you will first need to access Vidalytics within ActiveCampaign!
Steps for Integration
Step 1: Accessing Vidalytics within ActiveCampaign
Initiate the Integration Process: Navigate to the ActiveCampaign Integration page and select "Enable Integration" to proceed to the ActiveCampaign login page.
Login Steps:
On the login page, enter your account name, which can be found in your registration confirmation email.
Enter your login credentials on your personal login page.
Locate Vidalytics: After logging in, access the "Apps" section through the sidebar and search for Vidalytics. This is your first step towards leveraging powerful video analytics.
Step 2: Connecting Your Accounts
Begin the Connection: Click on the Vidalytics icon to initiate the integration.
Account Linking: Opt for "Add an account" followed by "Connect" to initiate the process of linking your Vidalytics account with ActiveCampaign.
Step 3: Authorizing the Connection
Vidalytics Login Required: Log into your Vidalytics account as this is crucial for the integration setup.
Finalize the Connection: Upon logging in, you'll be redirected back to ActiveCampaign. Click "Connect" on the integration page to complete the connection, setting the stage for event configuration.
Step 4: Configuring Your Video Events
Event Selection: Choose the specific event type and Video Tag you wish to monitor within ActiveCampaign.
Step 5: Ensuring Data Alignment
Field Mapping: Ensure the alignment of Vidalytics Parameters and ActiveCampaign fields for a smooth data transfer process and once you are done, click on the "Finish" button. The integration is ready to use

Automated Contact Creation: When a viewer completes a Play Gate in Vidalytics, a new contact is automatically generated in ActiveCampaign, streamlining the lead collection process.
Refreshing Contact Information: Interactions with your Vidalytics videos automatically update the profiles of existing contacts in ActiveCampaign, ensuring that your contact list remains updated with relevant tags based on viewer engagement.
