Want to monitor your bandwidth usage beyond what’s shown on your dashboard? While Vidalytics processes bandwidth data every 24 hours, you can check real-time bandwidth consumption per play using your browser’s developer console.
Real-Time Bandwidth Monitoring
Follow these steps to track how much bandwidth is being used during video playback:
Open the Developer Console – Right-click on your page and select Inspect (or press
F12/Cmd + Option + I).Go to the Network Tab – Look for the Network tab in the console.
Filter Vidalytics Requests – Use the filter bar and type "vidalytics" to isolate relevant network activity.
Check the Data – Look at the bandwidth usage numbers at the bottom of the console.
📌 Note: Your dashboard bandwidth stats update every 24 hours, but play stats update within just a few hours.
