If you have published your changes and you don't see them after a few minutes, this could be because the old settings on the video are cached in your browser. The best thing to try is to do a hard refresh.
A hard refresh is a way of clearing the browser’s cache for a specific page, to force it to load the most recent version of a page.
Chrome:
Windows/Linux:
Hold down Ctrl and press F5
Or, hold down Ctrl and click the reload button
open the Chrome Developer Tools by pressing F12. Once the Chrome Dev Tools are open, just right click on the reload button and a menu will drop down. This menu gives you the option of doing a hard refresh, or even clearing the cache and do a hard reload automatically
Mac:
Hold Shift and click the reload button
Or, hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R
Mozilla Firefox:
Windows/Linux:
Hold down Ctrl and press F5
Or, hold down Ctrl and Shift and then press R
Mac:
Hold down Shift and click the reload button
Or, hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R
Internet Explorer:
Hold down Ctrl and press F5
Or, hold down Ctrl and then click the Refresh button
Doing a hard refresh almost always works. However, there are some special circumstances where you may perform the steps suggested above and still notice no change after reloading your edited webpage.
If this happens, you might have to either try loading the page in a different browser or take the longer route of deleting all of your browser cache. You can clear your browser cache through the settings of your browser, but you can always first try clearing your cache by using Dev Tools as specified in step 3 under Chrome for Windows/Linux.
If you have tried all of these options and you are still not seeing the changes on your video, feel free to reach out to us and we will be glad to help you out!
