In Vidalytics, you can customize your Resume Play Message to say whatever you want, in whatever language you want! 

Simply go to Video Settings > Playback > Play Options > Resume Play

Once toggled on, the text boxes work pretty much like any text editor, so just type whatever you want your options to be :D

Keep in mind that you need to press return / enter so your text actually goes to the next line on your player. Make sure your message looks the way you want and don't forget to publish your video once you're done!
