You can embed videos by adding pages to your Shopify store.

Once you've added a page, you would just need to click on this video icon:

Then paste your Vidalytics embed code here and click Insert video:

Hit save and click on Preview page to see how it looks.

You can also embed videos on your product pages by doing the same steps above.

You should also be able to do the same when adding videos to your homepage if you're using a sectioned theme and if it accepts Custom HTML/third-party embed codes. If it doesn't, you may need to seek help from a developer.
