Use Case Examples
Here are a few examples of how to apply these insights:
Example 1: Low Interaction Reach
A step shows high Unique Viewers but low Interaction Reach.
Why it matters: This may indicate your interaction appears too late in the video, or the viewer loses interest before seeing it.
Solution: Move your CTA or interaction earlier in the video.
Example 2: High Drop-off Rate
A step has many Unique Viewers but a high Drop-off Rate and low Step Completes.
Why it matters: The content may be too long, off-topic, or missing engagement cues.
Solution: Shorten the video, add an engaging question, or reposition an existing clickable element.
Example 3: Low Completes After High Reach
Your viewers are seeing the interaction (high Interaction Reach) but not completing the step.
Why it matters: Viewers might be confused, uninterested in the choices, or the CTA might not be compelling.
Solution: Rework the copy on your buttons, make the decision easier, or provide clearer direction.
