How to Unlink a Client account from your Agency account. How to Revoke Access from the Agency account.

There might be the time were you would need to unlink a Client from your Agency account or you as a client might want revoke access to the Agency account.

For these simply follow these steps to do so.

Unlink Client Account.

1. Locate Client Account: On your main dashboard locate the Client account you wish to unlink from your Agency Account.

2. Open Account Options: Click on the 3 vertical dots on the rigth corner to open the Account Options.

3. Remove Account: Click on Remove/Cancel option, this will open a pop-up askig if you wish to cancel/delete the account or simply remove the account from your Agency Account. In this case since you just want to remove/unlink the account you would go with "Remove Client" and click Confirm.

Now another way to remove a Client Account from an Agency Account is for the client to revoke Agency access directly from their account.

And you are done! You've now unlinked your Client Account from your Agency Account.

1. Log-in to your Account: Log-in to your personal account.

2. Access Account Settings: Once you log-in to your account you'll see your main menu to your left. Scroll down on this left-side menu to locate your "Account Settings", and click on the icon to access.

3. Revoke Access: Under My Profile section scroll down to locate and click the "Unlink Agency" option, once you click this option a pop-up will show asking if you wish to revoke access to the agency account remember that this action will unlink the Agency account from your account. Select confirm and the account will no be unlinked.

And you are done! You've now revoked access to the Agency Account directly from your Account.
