Agency Account: How to Access Account Settings

Learn how to access your account settings directly on your Agency Account.

Our Agency account is design for success! It is super easy to navigate and work on. Learn how to access your account settings.

1. Locate your Settings: Simply hover over your Name on the top right corner and scroll down to locate your Account Settings option.

2. Access Account Settings: Click on the drop down list and access Account Settings.

3. Edit Settings: You'll have access to all your account settings directly as any regular account. You can access and edit:

My Account: Observe your current settings for: Current Plan, How much Bandwidth usage, (up to the day before), number of videos, Payment Method, Invoices, etc.

Profile: Update your name and email address associated to your account.

Password: Update your password.

Payment Settings: Add/remove payment methods for your account.

User*: Add/remove users and set permissions for each one.

Global Settings: Here you'll find different settings such as API, Domain Whitelisting, IP Filtering, Global Play Gate and Global Script.

Note: User feature is not available at the moment for Agency accounts.
