How to Set Up Timed Exit Thumbnails

Step 1: Enable Timed Exit Thumbnails
Navigate to Video Settings in your Vidalytics dashboard.
Enable Exit Thumbnails to activate the feature.
Step 2: Add & Configure Thumbnails
Click "Add Exit Thumbnail" to create a new thumbnail.
Upload an image or select a frame from your video.
Define the From and To time ranges for when the thumbnail should appear.
Step 3: Manage Prioritization & Preview
If two thumbnails overlap, the newest one will be displayed.
Use Preview Mode to check how thumbnails appear at different pause times.
Step 4: Save & Publish
Apply your changes and publish them to make them live for your viewers.
