ClickFunnels does not support Vidalytics videos through its native Video element. To embed a Vidalytics video correctly, you need to use the Custom JavaScript/HTML element instead. This gives you full control over the embed and ensures your video plays exactly as configured in Vidalytics.
How to Embed Your Video
Add a Custom HTML element — inside your ClickFunnels funnel, add a new element to your page. Instead of selecting the standard Video element, choose Custom JavaScript/HTML.
Open the code editor — click on the newly added Custom JavaScript/HTML element on your page. A settings panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Click Open Code Editor to open the pop-up editor.
Paste your embed code — paste your Vidalytics embed code into the editor. Once pasted, close the pop-up and make sure the Code Type is set to 3rd Party Embed Code.
Save your funnel — save your changes and you are all set! 
Important Things to Know
You cannot use the same embed code twice on the same page.
If you need the same video to appear more than once on a page — for example, one version for desktop and one for mobile — you must upload the video twice in Vidalytics and use a separate embed code for each instance.
Here is how the different scenarios behave:
- Two different videos on the same page — works perfectly with no issues
- The same video embedded twice using two separate embed codes from two separate uploads — works perfectly
- The same video embedded twice using the same embed code — only one instance will play, regardless of which embed type you use (standard, async, or multiple)
Tip: If you need the same video on the page for desktop and mobile separately, the cleanest solution is to upload the video twice, then use one embed for your desktop element and the other for your mobile element. Both will play independently without any conflict.
