[Account Management](https://help.vidalytics.com/agencies?hsLang=en#account-management) # Agency Dashboard Walkthrough ## An overview of everything you can see and do from your Vidalytics Agency dashboard. Your Agency dashboard is your command center — giving you a bird's-eye view of all your clients' performance data and quick access to everything you need to manage their accounts. ### **Client Performance Snapshot** The first thing you will notice on your Agency dashboard is a summary of key stats for each client. At a glance, you can see the following for every client account: - **Plays** — total number of plays across all of the client's videos - **Impressions** — total number of impressions across all of the client's videos - **Revenue** — total combined revenue from all conversions across all videos - **Conversions** — total number of conversions across all videos - **Conversion Rate** — calculated as Conversions divided by Plays - **Average Revenue per Play** — calculated as Revenue divided by Plays ![Agency dashboard gif](https://help.vidalytics.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Agency%20dashboard%20gif.gif?width=670&height=377&name=Agency%20dashboard%20gif.gif) **Note:** All stats and data shown on the dashboard are updated every 2 hours. ### **What You Can Do From the Dashboard** **Jump Into a Client's Account** Hover over any client slot or click the **three vertical dots** inside it to access the **Jump In** option. One click and you are inside that client's account. For more details see [How to Jump Into a Client's Account](https://help.vidalytics.com/how-to-jump-into-an-agency-clients-account?hsLang=en). **Add a New Client** You have two ways to add a client — click the **+ Add New Client** button in the top menu, or hover over an empty client slot and click **Add New Client**. Either way, just fill in the client's name and email address and they will receive an invitation automatically. For more details see [How to Add a New Client](https://help.vidalytics.com/how-to-add-a-new-client-under-my-agency?hsLang=en). **Remove or Delete a Client** Click the **three vertical dots** inside a client slot to access their settings, where you will find the option to remove or delete that client from your agency. **Sort Your Clients** You can sort your client list by **Name** or by **Date Added** to keep things organized as your roster grows. **Access Agency Settings** Click on your name in the top right corner to access your Agency account settings.
