ActiveCampaign + Vidalytics Integration 

Integrate Vidalytics with ActiveCampaign to automate contact management, track video engagement, and streamline your marketing workflows. This integration enables you to trigger actions in ActiveCampaign based on viewer interactions with your videos.

Step 1: Enable the Integration in Vidalytics

1. Access Integrations – Navigate to your Vidalytics Integration page.

2. Enable Integration – Click "Enable Integration" to generate your API token.

3. Copy the API Token – Save this token, as it will be required to connect with ActiveCampaign.

Step 2: Connect Vidalytics with ActiveCampaign

1. Log in to ActiveCampaign – Go to the ActiveCampaign login page.

2. Find Vidalytics – In the "Apps" section, use the search bar to locate Vidalytics.

3. Start Integration – Click on the Vidalytics icon and select "Add an Account".

4. Enter API Token – Paste the copied API token into the Token field in ActiveCampaign.

5. Click "Connect" – Finalize the integration by clicking "Connect".

Step 3: Configure Video Event Tracking

1. Choose Events to Track – Select the specific video event type (e.g., Play Gate completion, video percentage watched) that you want to monitor in ActiveCampaign.

2. Assign Video Tags – Configure tags to segment contacts based on their engagement with your videos.

Step 4: Ensure Data Alignment

1. Map Data Fields – Align Vidalytics parameters with corresponding fields in ActiveCampaign to enable seamless data transfer.

2. Complete Setup – Once field mapping is done, click "Finish" to finalize the integration.

✔ Automated Contact Creation – When a viewer completes a Play Gate in Vidalytics, a new contact is automatically created in ActiveCampaign.
✔ Automatic Profile Updates – Existing contacts in ActiveCampaign are updated with new tags based on their video interactions.
